RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If you're not happy, we're not happy.
RETURNS
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return most items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Perishable items such as food, treats, and opened supplements cannot be returned for safety reasons.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at [your email].
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Opened or used pet food, treats, or supplements
- Custom or personalized items
- Gift cards
- Intimate items such as grooming tools that have been used
- Items marked as final sale
SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
