You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
How to Start a Return
Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will reply with clear instructions and a return address. Please wait for our confirmation before sending anything back.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You’ll get an email as soon as the refund is issued.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no need to return the item in most cases.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain items such as opened consumables cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty.
