SHIPPING POLICY
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 2-17 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1-7 business days
Delivery estimates are provided by our shipping carriers and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order.
SHIPPING CARRIERS
We use all types of shipping agencies for all domestic shipments. The carrier for your order will be selected based on the shipping method chosen, package size, and destination.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We currently ship to addresses to europe . We do not ship to P.O. boxes for orders containing large or heavy items. Some products, such as refrigerated or frozen pet food, may have shipping restrictions based on your location.
DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged item and packaging. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office before contacting us.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, we do not offer full. We hope to expand our shipping capabilities in the future.
FREE SHIPPING
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50. Free shipping applies to domestic orders only and will be automatically applied at checkout.
ADDRESS CHANGES
We are unable to change the shipping address once an order has been processed. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.
